Builders License Information

*Builders Please Note for 2019:
Licenses expire on June 30.
Presently, the Attorney General’s office is interpreting this to mean that you will need to take half your hours in the first year (July 1, 2017-June 30, 2018) and half your hours in the second renewal year (July 1, 2018- June 30, 2019).Residential Basic:  3 credit hours per fiscal year, 6 credit hours for 2 year renewal period.
Residential Light Commercial:  6 credit hours per fiscal year, 12 credit hours for 2 year renewal period.
